All we ask from you is to answer a few common questions when you call our office.

Eligibility will be estimated during the initial intake call and a packet of information and authorizations will be sent to you for your review and return to our offices.

Your case will be assigned to a specially trained and compassionate case manager who will exclusively work your loved one's case from start to finish.

In preparation for the Medicaid interview appointment, you will be asked to attend a brief meeting with your case manager to discuss your loved ones situation.

We will meet with you at a time and location of your choosing - we are NOT a 9-5 company.
